Rj45 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the rj45 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the rj45 support team. Do not share your login details with anyone.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Rj45 platform users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.
Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of the betting market.
Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of unlawfully claiming bonuses or promotions.
Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or accepting payment to place bets on behalf of others.
Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any communication channel on the platform.

Rj45 reserves the right to monitor account activity and take appropriate action against any suspected violations of these terms.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on the rj45 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in withdrawal suspension and further investigation.

Rj45 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties as to its accuracy.

Account Suspension and Closure

Rj45 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In the case of a legitimate closure, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation. rj45's decision in such matters is final.

Platform Intellectual Property

All content, logos, brand names, interfaces, text, and software on the rj45 platform are the property of rj45 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links: The rj45 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. rj45 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms: rj45 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to individual users. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
